Requests for Refund must be clear and acceptable:

  • Trial Accounts: Before purchasing, please request a trial account. We provide a trial so you can test our service. If you are not satisfied, do not proceed with a long-term subscription.

  • Internet Speed Issues: If your internet speed is slow and you experience issues using IPTV South Africa, this does not qualify for a refund.

  • Device Setup Issues: The IPTV South Africa support team is available 24/7. If you cannot set up the service on your devices for any reason, this is not a valid reason for a refund. Please review our setup tutorials before purchasing.

  • Payment Errors: If you mistakenly purchased the wrong subscription (e.g., selecting a 1-year plan instead of 3 months), create a support ticket titled “Payment Error.” Our team will review and process your refund accordingly.

  • Refund Deadline: Refund requests will not be accepted if your account has already been active for 7 days or more.
